QA Engineer (mobile)

Our team has plenty of experience in building products for mass adoption, and high-load services, as well as in applying innovative technologies in cryptography and blockchain.

We are looking for a Mobile QA Engineer to expand our QA team and ensure the quality and stability of mobile releases.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end quality of a mobile application, working closely with another QA Engineer. This includes ownership of functional, regression, and integration testing, maintaining regression test coverage, and proactive production monitoring to identify and mitigate user-critical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to improve overall product quality.

• Proactively monitor product health and detect user‑critical defects before they escalate.

• Champion UI/UX quality: review the app regularly and collaborate with Design to deliver a best‑in‑class user experience.

• Benchmark competitor products and adopt proven user flows.

• Partner with Support: triage user reports, prioritize issues, and communicate resolutions promptly.

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure release quality.

• Identify, log, and analyze bugs, providing clear, reproducible steps, impact assessment, and environment details.

• Create and maintain regression test cases.

• Hunt for vulnerabilities and abuse/fraud vectors; work with the team to design and verify protective controls.

• Critically review specs and planned features; surface ambiguities, risks, and edge cases early and drive clarification.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance for mobile applications.

• Practical experience with blockchain products (wallets, transactions, dApps).

• Proactive mindset with a strong product-focused approach and attention to user impact.

• Experience testing cross-platform applications and mini-apps.

• Experience collaborating with Customer Support teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues.

• Ability to validate implementations against design mockups and work closely with Design teams to ensure UI/UX consistency.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with continuous production monitoring tools to detect, analyze, and respond to live issues.
