For our client, a telecommunications provider company in Germany, we are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer / In-Sprint Tester (m/f/d).

🔎 Responsibilities

• Creation of test cases to cover functional requirements

• Participation in effort estimations and contribution to Test Lead plans

• Execution of test cases

• Reporting and tracking of defects

• Timely updates of project/product bug tracking lists

• Close communication with Product Owners & Developers for clarifications

• Supervision of test environments and preparation of necessary adjustments for test execution

• Preparation of test documentation and defect analysis

• Production environment sanity checks after installation of new system versions

• Promotion of best QA practices and support of team skill development

✅ Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior QA Engineer in the telecom domain

• In-depth knowledge of fixed network operator IT architectures and Operational Support Systems (OSS)

• Strong expertise in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases based on complex functional requirements

• Solid experience in defect reporting and test documentation

• Experience collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Test Leads (estimations, planning, clarifications)

• Experience managing and supervising test environments

• Proven ability to perform defect analysis and production sanity checks after releases

• Ability to take ownership of quality standards and guide other QA team members
