Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs and inconsistencies.
Verify fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release.
Conduct regression testing for new features and production hotfixes.
Maintain structured bug reports and testing documentation.
Ensure consistent quality across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
Participate in release readiness checks and quality sign-offs.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in manual QA for web or SaaS products.
Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Experience testing complex user flows and edge cases.
Basic understanding of:
Browser developer tools
APIs (request/response basics)
Mobile web testing
Familiarity with QA and tracking tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA, Trello, plane.so).
Clear written and verbal communication, especially when describing issues.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality.
Nice to have
Interest in growing into a broader role with responsibility for coordination and delivery.
Early experience helping track tasks, follow up on fixes, or support release planning.
Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows.
Experience working closely with designers and engineers throughout feature development.
Exposure to consumer-facing products or subscription-based SaaS.
