We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer with strong manual testing experience to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before release.

You’ll be responsible for validating functionality, UX/UI consistency, edge cases, and overall product stability across web and mobile environments. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams and play a key role in making sure features are ready for release from a quality standpoint. Over time, this role offers an opportunity to grow beyond pure QA and take on more responsibility around coordination, execution, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough manual QA testing across web and mobile (UI, UX, logic, edge cases, responsiveness).

  • Validate product behavior against specs, designs, and expected user flows.

  • Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs and inconsistencies.

  • Verify fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release.

  • Conduct regression testing for new features and production hotfixes.

  • Maintain structured bug reports and testing documentation.

  • Ensure consistent quality across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

  • Participate in release readiness checks and quality sign-offs.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in manual QA for web or SaaS products.

  • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.

  • Experience testing complex user flows and edge cases.

  • Basic understanding of:

    • Browser developer tools

    • APIs (request/response basics)

    • Mobile web testing

  • Familiarity with QA and tracking tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA, Trello, plane.so).

  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially when describing issues.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality.

Nice to have

  • Interest in growing into a broader role with responsibility for coordination and delivery.

  • Early experience helping track tasks, follow up on fixes, or support release planning.

  • Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows.

  • Experience working closely with designers and engineers throughout feature development.

  • Exposure to consumer-facing products or subscription-based SaaS.

  • Experience testing feature flags, experiments, or A/B tests.
