QA Engineer

The Global QA Engineer will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API layers. You’ll play a key role in identifying bugs, improving testing processes, and helping the team ship high-quality features faster.

What you’ll do

  • Design, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features

  • Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)

  • Conduct API testing and maintain Postman collections for automated and manual validation

  • Investigate failed automated tests and perform manual verification when needed

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize test cases using tools such as TestRail or similar test management platforms

  • Verify bug fixes and manage ticket verification through Jira

  • Work closely within a cross-functional team to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle

  • Support automation frameworks and improve testing velocity through better prioritization and test coverage

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies

  • Execute testing tasks assigned by QA leadership and engineering management

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer or Software QA

  • 3+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer

  • Experience testing web and mobile applications, including iOS and Android platforms

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC

  • Experience in API testing

  • Experience with JavaScript

  • Proficiency in creating and managing Postman collections

  • Experience with TestRail or similar test case management tools

  • Strong experience with Node.js and Cypress for automation testing

  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework

  • Experience with mobile automation using Appium

  • Basic programming knowledge in Python

  • Experience using version control systems such as Git

  • Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions

  • Experience working with Jira for task and bug management

  • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms

  • Comfortable working embedded within a cross-functional team

  • Able to adapt to changing business and project priorities

  • Takes initiative to chase down answers and resolve blockers

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience simulating poor network connections using testing tools

  • Experience building and monitoring test analytics dashboards

  • Familiarity with Omniture, Adobe Target, or related analytics tools

  • Experience supporting A/B testing initiatives

  • Experience using Metabase or similar data query tools
