QA Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a Middle+ Backend QA Engineer to join us and perform tasks from Billing and CRM teams.

What you will do:

• Perform functional testing with a primary focus on backend

• Validate integrations between internal services and external systems

• Test flows across web, mobile applications, and backend services
  (payments, authentication, user matching, push notifications, messaging)

• Analyze logs and metrics (Grafana, Sentry)

• Find, report, and track bugs in Jira

• Create and maintain test documentation in Qase.io (test cases, checklists, test plans)

• Actively participate in the product development process

• Contribute to discussions and improvement of QA processes and tools

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in backend testing

• Strong knowledge of test design techniques

• Experience testing service integrations (internal and external), including asynchronous interactions with message brokers / event streams

• Strong experience working with REST APIs

• SQL skills (our stack: ClickHouse, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

• Experience working with and analyzing logs

• Experience testing payment systems or understanding subscription flows across platforms

• Understanding of how quality fits into different stages of the SDLC

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset

• Good English skills (written and spoken).

• Experience testing mobile applications and web funnels

• Experience working with CRM domain
