PSP Account Manager
About your Role
In this role, you will join the Payments Department, a commercially driven and solution-oriented group dedicated to building resilient, scalable, and globally accessible payment infrastructure for our clients. As part of the Partner Management function, your primary focus will be on developing and strengthening relationships with payment service providers, banks, EMIs, and other strategic financial partners. Your biggest challenge will be to optimize commercial and operational partnerships while ensuring payment stability across multiple regions, directly contributing to Weltrade’s mission of providing secure and seamless financial access to traders worldwide. We are seeking a professional who is self-sufficient, commercially minded, and ready to thrive in an autonomous, high-impact environment where ownership and execution matter.
You Have
2+ years of proven experience in Key Account Management, Partnership Management, Business Development, or Account Management within Payments, Fintech, Forex, Banking, iGaming, or related industries.
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, EMIs, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
Strong commercial negotiation experience, including managing fees, reserves, settlement terms, service agreements, and partnership growth initiatives.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, reporting, data analysis, and working with large datasets to support business decision-making.
Fluent English with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder-driven projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in an international environment.
Good to Have
Experience working with payment ecosystems across Africa, Asia, LATAM, and other emerging markets.
Knowledge of card acquiring, bank transfers, local payment methods, cryptocurrency payments, and alternative payment solutions.
Understanding of KYB, AML, compliance requirements, and merchant onboarding processes.
