We’re looking for a proactive and delivery‑focused Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle with a primary focus on post‑sale delivery management, ensuring the successful implementation of custom solutions and the delivery of consultancy services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment that balances structure and agility, enjoys working directly with technical teams and customers, and has a strong track record of delivering software-related projects.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • A structured yet flexible Project Manager, skilled in establishing efficient project governance and tracking mechanisms.

  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder.

  • A delivery‑driven professional who can manage multiple projects varying in service type and complexity.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for Professional Services engagements.

  • Manage projects of multiple types, including consultancy, custom development, deployments, and migrations.

  • Be responsible for project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Track budgets and proactively identify upsell opportunities.

  • Allocate resources from the available pool of implementation experts.

  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Participate in pre‑sales engagements by contributing to project scoping, effort estimation, and initial timeline creation.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales Engineers to ensure smooth handover into delivery.

What you will bring:

  • Experience managing software-related projects, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting environment.

  • Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies (such as Agile or hybrid).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

  • A proven ability to manage delivery with remote or geographically distributed teams and customers.

These would be a plus, but are not blockers:

  • Experience supporting pre‑sales and estimations.

  • Familiarity with custom software development, CI/CD pipelines, or developer tooling.

  • Experience with AI agents, including the design and implementation of agentic workflows for project management use cases.

  • Familiarity with the JetBrains product ecosystem or a technical background.
