Project manager (Operations and Delivery)
MacPaw is a software company that develops and distributes software for macOS and iOS. Today, we have 20 million active users across all our products.
At MacPaw, we believe humans and technology can reach their greatest potential together. MacPaw is proud to be Ukrainian. The support and development of Ukraine are significant parts of the company’s culture. MacPaw gathers open-minded people who support each other and aspire to change the world around us.
MacPaw is growing its Program Management function - and this is where you come in. As a Project Manager in the Program Management team, you’ll report to the Program Manager and own execution of discrete projects within our company-level programs. These programs sit at the intersection of software delivery and organizational effectiveness: improving how our product teams plan and operate, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and building the internal systems that keep MacPaw’s strategy moving.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to run a single product team. It’s for someone who understands how software teams work - and is just as comfortable driving a process rollout, improving a governance framework, or getting a company-wide OKR cycle over the finish line.
If you’re ready to turn strategic vision into tangible organizational impact, we’d love to have you on board.

- Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders and relevant leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing concerns, providing status updates, and managing expectations.
- Manage project changes in scope, timelines, and resources by assessing impact, obtaining approval, and communicating accordingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timelines for new and ongoing initiatives.
- Process documentation and improvement proposal based on industry best practices, focusing on PDLC, SDLC, and the RACI matrix.
Skills you’ll need to bring
- 5+ years of experience in project management in a software development or IT/operations environment.
- Experience working with Engineering, Product, Design, and/or Operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, and coordination skills.
- Practical experience with PDLC/SDLC frameworks and project documentation.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Experience with risk management, change management, and status reporting using OKR/KPIs.
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and RACI matrices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
- Solid conflict‑resolution, negotiation, and expectation management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze project data, derive insights, and make data‑informed decisions.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through.
