About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end process of launching marketing communications - from the initial request to campaign dispatch.
The role is focused on stakeholder communication, requirements formalization, execution coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement of the campaign workflow.
What you'll own
Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end — from request intake to launch.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and formalize requirements.
Translate business requests into clear tasks, priorities, and timelines.
Coordinate execution across teams and keep launches on track.
Ensure campaign quality and help reduce errors and rework.
Improve the campaign workflow through better processes, templates, and checklists.
What makes you a strong fit
3+ years in Project Management or a similar role.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Ability to structure ambiguous requests and drive them to completion.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech environment.
English at B2 level or higher.
Fluent Russian - this is a must-have requirement.
Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.
Nice to have
Basic SQL or experience working closely with analytics/technical teams.
Experience in marketing, CRM, or customer communications.
