Project Manager (Core Origination)

Location: Manila, Philippines
Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10

We are looking for a strong platform-oriented technologist to drive the evolution of our unified origination and issuance platform. This role focuses on standardizing and scaling shared services (forms, signing, KYC, offers, surveys, notifications, analytics) across multiple products and channels, ensuring faster feature delivery, improved conversion, and lower cost of change.

As a behind-the-scenes technical leader, you will influence architecture, engineering standards, and cross-team processes without formal people management. Your impact will be in creating consistency, predictability in releases

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Origination Platform strategy, roadmap, and value-based prioritization

• Define and track key product and business metrics

• Align Risk, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering for high-quality, predictable launches

• Collect, structure, and unify requirements across all Origination teams

• Eliminate unnecessary customizations; ensure reusable, scalable solutions

• Transform one-off solutions into dynamic components and shared platform modules

• Own and evolve integrations; reduce fragmentation and technical debt

• Maintain clear specifications and up-to-date platform documentation

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation

• Act as a connector between business, product, and engineering

• Standardize templates, guidelines, and cross-team “contracts”

• Drive key workstreams (Signing, Offers, Forms, Data Collection, Shared Services, Flow Analytics)

• Reduce time-to-market and integration costs

• Improve conversion, release predictability, and data quality

• Lower manual coordination and support overhead

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Strong system thinking and analytical mindset

• Experience in system analysis, business analysis, or platform-related roles

• Ability to structure complex information and requirements clearly

• Strong documentation and specification-writing skills

• High-level understanding of system architecture and integrations

• Attention to detail and consistency across solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience working on platforms or complex product ecosystems

• Experience unifying solutions across multiple products

• Experience in cross-functional and distributed teams
