Project Manager

Location: Limassol, Maximous Plaza

We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive the execution of business growth initiatives across the product. This role is focused on execution, coordination, and delivery. You will work closely with campaign managers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives move forward, blockers are resolved quickly, and priorities remain aligned. You’ll become a central point of coordination, helping transform business ideas into completed initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of business growth initiatives across multiple teams.

• Maintain visibility over ongoing initiatives by tracking progress, priorities, blockers, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate execution between campaign managers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure business initiatives are executed efficiently, whether they involve engineering, campaign operations, analytics, or cross-functional collaboration.

• Identify execution risks, resolve dependencies, and proactively escalate blockers when needed.

• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed and nothing falls through the cracks.

• Organize and facilitate planning sessions, follow-ups, and execution reviews.

• Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution across teams.

• Continuously improve execution processes and team efficiency.

Your Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Delivery Coordination, or similar roles.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate work across business and technical teams.

• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Structured thinking and excellent attention to detail.

• Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems.

• Good written English for working with documentation and internal communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with software development teams.

• Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or traffic monetization.

• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
