Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and partner integrations across our online casino platform.

This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, product, and partnerships, ensuring that key projects are delivered successfully while supporting company growth, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and can effectively bridge business objectives with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Business Management

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business goals.

• Experience in setting up and maintaining Jira projects, dashboards, filters, and workflows to support effective project tracking and reporting.

• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Casino Operations, CRM, Compliance, Payments, Finance, and Technology teams.

• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and support company growth objectives.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, proactively driving solutions.

• Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management.

Partner Integrations & Onboarding

• Manage the onboarding of game providers, aggregators, PSPs, and strategic partners.

• Act as the primary business contact for external partners throughout implementation and launch phases.

• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of integration projects.

• Drive successful go-lives while maintaining a positive partner experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

• Manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.

• Support commercial and operational discussions related to integrations and partnerships.

Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, workflows, and project delivery processes.

• Contribute to the development of scalable integration and onboarding frameworks.

• Support business transformation and growth initiatives across the organization.

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Partner Management, or similar roles.

• Strong experience within the iGaming industry, preferably with online casino platforms, aggregators, or B2B gaming providers.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional business projects and stakeholder relationships.

• Experience coordinating integrations involving game providers, PSPs, aggregators, or third-party platforms.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how projects impact business performance.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian are considered a big advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working for a B2B casino platform, aggregator, or gaming supplier.

• Understanding of API-based integrations and technical delivery processes.

• Experience managing strategic partnerships and external vendors.

• Exposure to regulated gaming markets and compliance requirements.
