Project Manager / Account Manager (Digital Performance Agency)

Magnetto.com is looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager with a performance marketing background to drive international client campaigns across Telegram Ads and global ad networks.

Magnetto.com is an international performance agency and the largest direct seller of Telegram Ads. Operating fully remotely, we have executed 10,000+ data-driven campaigns across FinTech, Gaming, Crypto, and high-risk verticals worldwide.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
• Lead 8–10 global B2B accounts (including iGaming/high-risk verticals) from onboarding to final reporting.
• Design promotion strategies for Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, and Twitter/X (campaign execution is handled by media buyers).
• Control margin, turnover, budget pacing, and invoicing.
• Analyze CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and attribution data via AppsFlyer/Adjust.
• Conduct day-to-day written and verbal client interactions in English via Telegram.

What You Bring:
• 1–2+ years as an Account/Project Manager in a digital agency with hands-on ad dashboard experience.
• Proven expertise in Telegram Ads plus at least one major network (Google Ads, TikTok, Meta).
• B2+ English (fluent written and spoken communication with global clients).
• Mastery of key marketing metrics: CPC, CPM, CPA, CPF, CTR, ROAS, ROI, etc.
• High autonomy, emotional maturity, proactivity, strong negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
