Production Manager (Technologist Functions)

📍 Location: Cozy office located opposite Dasoudi Park, Limassol 🌿.

We’re looking for a Production Manager with technologist responsibilities to take ownership of our internal production processes and coordinate closely with external factories across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the brand’s internal production processes

• Plan and manage production schedules aligned with seasonal collections

• Search for, select, and onboard new manufacturing partners across Europe

• Monitor production timelines, costs, and quality at every stage

• Purchase fabrics and trims and plan production requirements

• Work closely with Design and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution

• Attend industry trade fairs and exhibitions in Europe

Requirements

• Proven experience in production management within a fashion brand or garment manufacturing company

• Experience working with external factories (European market experience is a strong plus)

• Solid understanding of the full garment production cycle

• Experience with cost calculations, fabrics, and materials

• Fluent Russian speaker is required

• English proficiency is a plus but not mandatory 🇬🇧
