About the Role

Lead the product development of fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat payment infrastructure. The role focuses on building integrations with global payment rails, enabling virtual accounts (IBANs), orchestrating onramp and offramp flows, embedding KYT and AML compliant monitoring, and supporting stablecoin based spending.

The challenge is designing reliable systems that synchronize balances across banking rails, card systems, and onchain wallets while delivering a simple and seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrations with global and local payment schemes including SEPA, SEPA Instant, ACH, PIX, UPI, and SPEI

• Integrate banking partners and virtual account providers

• Design fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat flows between IBAN accounts and user wallets

• Implement KYT monitoring and AML compliant transaction logic

• Enable stablecoin support and spending capabilities

• Build smooth flows between wallets, cards, and DeFi products

• Define product requirements and lead complex external integrations

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Product Manager or Product Owner experience

• Experience with payments, banking infrastructure, or fintech platforms

• Experience with crypto, web3, or onchain products

• Strong analytical mindset and data driven product decisions

• Experience building B2C financial products

• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams

• Experience integrating third party APIs and financial providers

• Ability to design clear and intuitive user flows for complex financial products
