Product Owner

Hybrid work, in Limassol, Paphos, or Warsaw. Remote work is up for discussion.

We're looking for the first ever Product Owner, who will be focused on our products in marketing field.

Perfect for those who want to built processes from scratch and willing to manage products as a separate business, because each one has such potential.

Responsibilities

• Crafting the strategic vision for our products, with a focus on identifying areas for growth and product improvement

• Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, sales, and design teams to define and execute product strategy.

• Taking complete ownership of the product lifecycle – from ideation and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.

• Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Align stakeholders on product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor product performance and trends to drive continuous improvement.

• Analyzing metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and pinpointing problem areas.

• Initiating A/B tests and experiments to test hypotheses for product improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience managing entire products or a family of products, preferably in the Marketing domain and mobile applications;

• Skills in working with metrics and analytics

• Strong product vision and strategy, with a track record of formulating and driving a focused product vision.

• Understanding of the advertising business of mobile and web applications

• Excellent skills in time and cost estimation, team workload planning and providing realistic forecasts on project outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in managing people, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Will be a plus:

• Mobile gamedev experience.

• PM/BA/Software development/Analytics background.
