Product Owner

Our mobile app is evolving, and we’re looking for a Product Owner to drive its growth and development.
The mobile team currently includes two developers and a designer. You’ll be joining an international and dynamic company with a flat structure and fast decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Сonduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Conduct client interviews and surveys to understand their needs and gather feedback.

• Analyze product usage and performance metrics.

• Research and validate new ideas and potential improvements.

• Gather requirements for improvements or new features in the mobile app.

• Maintain and iterate on the existing product roadmap.

• Synchronize feature development with internal teams and prioritize tasks.

• Prepare task specifications for necessary API or backend enhancements.

• Optimize and accelerate the installation and onboarding process for mobile users.

• Collaborate closely with the designer and mobile development team.

• Drive continuous improvement of product-related processes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, with a strong background in mobile app development.

• Hands-on experience with React Native, as well as domain expertise in Forex, FinTech, or CRM, will be a strong advantage.

• English proficiency sufficient for communication with international clients.

• Familiarity with product analytics, prioritization techniques, and A/B testing.

• Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
