• Working Telegram mini-app and web;

• Team — team lead, dev, QA, analyst, designer, content;

Role Mission

• To turn Bitronix into a platform where users come, deposit, and stay.

• Focus — growth metrics: activation, deposit conversion, retention, LTV.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy and product analytics;

• Improve user conversion and retention;

• Manage backlog, roadmap, and priorities;

• Test and scale hypotheses;

• Work with international teams and channels.

Requirements:

• Experience as Product Owner / Manager in fintech / crypto / trading;

• Understanding of growth metrics and user funnels;

• Hands-on approach and strategic thinking;

• English proficiency for international collaboration.
