Product Mobile Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Mobile Designer to join the Mobile App (Digital Product Team) to accelerate mobile app development and improve user experience.

You will work in a cross-functional product team, creating visually striking and high-converting mobile app interfaces in Figma. Your responsibilities will include owning the visual design, collaborating on the design system, communicating with clients, writing specifications, coordinating development, and supporting implementation.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• User Interface and Experience Design - developing intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX solutions for mobile applications

• Mobile app design system - creating and maintaining a scalable design system to ensure a consistent style across all app components

• Data-driven design - using analytics and A/B testing to optimize user scenarios and increase conversions

• Collaboration with product and development teams - working closely with product managers, engineers and UX researchers

• Micro-animations and interactive elements - developing animations to improve user experience (Lottie, Rive, After Effects)

• Usability testing and research - conducting research to identify user pain points and improve key user scenarios

• Platform compliance and accessibility standards - creating designs that comply with iOS/Android guideline and accessibility requirements

What we expect from candidate

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android). Excellent command of Figma (Senior+/Lead level)

• Proven experience creating high-converting, visually impressive designs for consumer products

• Knowledge of mobile usability principles, user research and A/B testing

• Understanding of mobile development constraints and ability to design realistic concepts

• Experience creating and implementing animations (Lottie, Rive, AE)

• Experience working in startups (100-200 employees)

• Ability to make data-driven decisions, combining creativity with business goals

• Fluency in English (B1/B2) as all communication is in English.
