Product Marketing Manager
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our web acquisition funnels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and optimizing high-converting user journeys. You'll own the entire funnel—from researching new concepts and creating landing page ideas to launching experiments, optimizing paywalls, improving conversion rates, and implementing AI-powered workflows.
We're looking for someone who thinks like both a marketer and a product builder: someone who is curious, analytical, highly autonomous, and excited to experiment quickly.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our web acquisition funnels.
Research competitors, user behavior, market trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
Develop new funnel concepts, landing page structures, offers, messaging, and user flows.
Create clear technical specifications for Design, Frontend, and Engineering teams, while independently building prototypes and landing pages whenever possible.
Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, copy, UX, pricing models, offers, checkout flows, and paywalls.
Continuously identify bottlenecks throughout the user journey and implement improvements based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Build rapid prototypes using no-code platforms and modern AI development tools.
Leverage AI to accelerate research, content creation, prototyping, coding, experimentation, and workflow automation.
Identify opportunities to automate funnel creation, testing, and optimization processes.
Work with analytics tools to measure experiment performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Drive a culture of continuous experimentation by launching and prioritizing high-impact growth initiatives.
Requirements
Must-have
3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or Web Funnel Optimization.
Proven experience building and optimizing high-converting web funnels.
Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
Experience optimizing landing pages, pricing strategies, checkout experiences, subscription flows, and paywalls.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working with:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Mixpanel
Microsoft Clarity
Payment providers
Ability to independently own projects from idea through implementation.
Experience writing technical requirements and collaborating effectively with developers and designers.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience building pages or prototypes using no-code platforms.
AI-first mindset with practical experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles and multiple concurrent experiments.
Nice to have
Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, Replit, or similar.
Experience building automations with n8n or comparable workflow automation platforms.
Experience with subscription-based products, SaaS, or web-to-app funnels.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and behavioral psychology.
Basic knowledge of SQL or statistical analysis.
English skills - at least B2.
Success in this role
You'll be responsible for continuously improving key business metrics, including:
Trial Conversion Rate
Purchase Conversion Rate
Paywall Conversion
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Success also means maintaining a strong experimentation culture by consistently generating, prioritizing, and launching high-impact tests that drive measurable business growth.
Why you'll love this role
End-to-end ownership of one of the company's most impactful growth areas.
Freedom to experiment, validate ideas quickly, and directly influence business results.
Access to the latest AI, no-code, and automation tools—we'll provide whatever you need to be successful.
Opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team of designers, engineers, analysts, creatives, and performance marketers.
A culture that values curiosity, speed, experimentation, and continuous learning.
