Product Marketing Manager

You will play a key role in driving the success of new products and services that SplitMetrics launches. As a Product Marketing Manager at SplitMetrics, you will help the product team better understand customer needs, improve the positioning and messaging of our core products, support internal enablement teams in helping our customers adopt new offerings, and define and execute the go-to-market strategy.

The role will be a perfect fit for a true generalist who has a strategic view but spends most of their time doing hands-on product marketing work. The person in this role will have an outsized impact both on our ability to attract new customers and on helping existing customers extract even more value from SplitMetrics. The person in this role will report directly to the CPO and will be a part of the product management team.

Mission:

  • Drive the adoption of new products and services SplitMetrics launches across multiple products, including SplitMetrics Acquire and App Radar

  • Ensure internal alignment and up-to-date knowledge in customer-facing teams on the product’s capabilities and their value

  • Optimise our communications to deliver higher performance in core user segments

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and improvements we introduce, with the focus on driving adoption

  • Define the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the new features and product improvements together with the marketing team

  • Build and refine internal enablement materials that help our sales, customer success, support, and business development teams achieve their goals

  • Evaluate the results of product launches to adjust our product strategy together with the Product Managers team

  • Keep our customers informed and engaged, e.g., via monthly newsletters

  • Optimise automated communications workflows for higher performance

  • Build, refine, and keep competitive battle cards up to date

  • Improve core product marketing processes with AI workflows to simplify keeping internal knowledge up-to-date

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience as PMM in B2B SaaS or consumer apps

  • Experience in creating marketing assets, such as emails, internal enablement decks, product data sheets, battle cards, and other

  • Experience working in marketing for the US & EMEA markets

  • Exceptional English, both written and spoken

  • Sense of ownership in everything you do

  • Ruthless prioritisation and execution skills – you do what’s needed and find creative ways to solve problems

  • Comfortable collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support

  • AI-native who seeks opportunities to improve routine workflows through AI without introducing slop in key deliverables and documents

  • Previous experience in marketing technology is a plus, but not a requirement
