Product Manager [Vendor Communication Platform]

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Vendor Communication Platform team – we are responsible for building and scaling the bank’s communication infrastructure across external channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, and other customer communication providers outside of the mobile application.
The team develops an internal communication platform focused on reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and delivery quality. The platform plays a critical role in ensuring stable customer communications, reducing operational risks and costs, and minimizing dependency on individual vendors through resilient multi-provider architecture.
This role sits at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and operations – ideal for a product manager who enjoys working with platform products, complex systems, operational metrics, and high-impact infrastructure challenges.

Challenges that await you:

• Development of communication channels with external providers as a product with its own roadmap and backlog

• Participation in the evolution of integration architecture together with the engineering team

• Improvement of channel efficiency and reliability while reducing operational costs

• Contribution to SLA performance management and monitoring of key operational metrics such as delivery rate, latency, uptime, MTTR, etc.

• Improvement of monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes for critical communication flows

• Participation in implementing multi-vendor architecture and dynamic routing strategies

• Reduction of dependency on individual vendors through scalable platform solutions and approaches

• Standardization and optimization of onboarding processes for new providers and communication channels

• Contribution to the development of failover and fallback mechanisms to ensure service continuity

• Collaboration with external vendors and internal product teams across the bank

• Analysis of product and operational metrics, launch and evaluation of data-driven hypotheses and A/B tests

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager

• Experience working with platform / infrastructure / internal products or B2B SaaS products

• Experience working with complex process-heavy products and cross-functional systems

• Strong product thinking combined with the ability to work closely with engineering teams

• Understanding of operational and product metrics and a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Ability to balance business impact, platform reliability, and operational efficiency

• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

• Experience working with external providers or vendor management

• Experience with communication platforms, telecom, CRM/messaging products, or marketing communications

• Understanding of reliability, SLA/SLI, monitoring, or incident management concepts

• Experience working with high-load or mission-critical systems

• Familiarity with multi-vendor environments or routing systems
