Product Manager [TeleSales]

Our dynamic TeleSales team is revolutionizing customer acquisition, being one of the major acquisition channels for Plata!
We are operating our InHouse call center as well as several partners across LatAm. We expertly manage calls based on deep data analysis, telephone marketing, and seamless integrations with other teams to deliver exceptional customer journeys.

Challenges that await you:

• Deliver deep data-driven analysis that uncovers insights to optimize operational management — from testing innovative motivation schemes to refining supervision practices and employment models

• Implement and develop AI-driven sales robots and AI-driven quality assurance systems to drive success

• Business development of our CPA partner call centers so they can achieve the best results

• Pioneering the TeleSales launch of new Plata products

• Manage the development of the most advanced sales agent's interfaces

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience in Product Management in IT at a Senior or Lead level

• Strong data-driven decision making skills

• Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional teamwork with development teams, operations, analysts, and other stakeholders

• Experience working under strict deadlines and high expectations

• Strong analytical mindset and systems thinking

• B2 or higher English level for effective communication in an international team

Your bonus skills:

• Experience in people management

• Experience in product management for operational products (e.g., delivery or taxi services)

• Basic knowledge of Spanish
