Product Manager (Player Experience & Web Platform)

We are looking for a Product Manager - Player Experience & Web Platform to own and continuously improve the player experience across our casino and sportsbook brand websites.
Our company leverages a centralized brand architecture that enables the efficient deployment and management of iGaming brands across multiple markets.
The role will be responsible for analyzing how players interact with our websites, identifying friction points, reviewing and improving all flows, improving conversion, and working closely with the Front-End development team to ensure the template is constantly evolving, scalable, configurable, and suitable for different brands, markets, and client needs.
This is a hands-on product role that combines player experience, analytics, UX thinking, business understanding, and close cooperation with Front-End, CRM, Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, Compliance, and other Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Player Experience Ownership
Own the end-to-end player experience across the company’s casino and sportsbook websites.
Continuously review and improve key player journeys, including registration, login, cashier, deposits, withdrawals, password reset, account area, bonuses, promotions, and navigation.
Identify pain points in player flows and propose practical improvements that increase conversion, retention, usability, and player satisfaction.
Ensure the website experience is clear, smooth, fast, mobile-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
Website Template & Front-End Platform
Own the product roadmap for the shared brand website template.
Work closely with the Front-End development team to improve the template structure, flexibility, scalability, and configurability.
Define requirements for new template components, page layouts, widgets, menus, banners, promotional areas, cashier improvements, and player account features.
Ensure the template can support different brands, markets, languages, designs, regulatory requirements, and client configurations.
Maintain a balance between brand-specific customization and platform-level scalability.
Analytics & Flow Optimization
Use player analytics, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and other data tools to understand player behavior.
Monitor key website metrics such as registration conversion, deposit conversion, drop-off points, cashier performance, page usage, click behavior, mobile behavior, and failed journeys.
Translate data insights into clear product requirements and improvement plans.
Work with BI, CRM, Payments, Casino, and Support teams to identify recurring issues and opportunities.
Collaboration with Other Product Managers
Work with other Product Managers responsible for CRM, retention, gamification, tournaments, missions, bonuses, and sportsbook/casino features.
Ensure new retention tools and engagement features are properly integrated into the brand website template.
Make sure product additions are visible, usable, and commercially effective from the player’s point of view.
Coordinate dependencies between front-end development, platform capabilities, CRM tools, and operational teams.
Backlog & Delivery
Own and manage the Front-End product backlog related to the brand template and player experience.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business logic.
Prioritize tasks based on business impact, player impact, client needs, effort, urgency, and technical dependencies.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders from idea to delivery.
Test delivered features from a player and business perspective before release.
Ensure releases are communicated clearly to relevant internal teams.
Market & Competitor Awareness
Regularly review competitor casino and sportsbook websites to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on iGaming UX trends, cashier flows, onboarding methods, retention mechanics, mobile-first experiences, and platform configuration standards.
Bring practical ideas that can improve the company’s product quality and commercial performance.
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, UX Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, or similar role.
Experience with casino, sportsbook, iGaming, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or another high-conversion digital product.
Strong understanding of web and mobile user journeys.
Experience working with Front-End development teams.
Experience using analytics tools to identify product problems and opportunities.
Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
Experience working with Jira, Figma, analytics dashboards, and product management tools.
Strong business understanding and ability to prioritize based on impact.
Strong Advantage:
Previous experience in iGaming.
Experience with casino or sportsbook platforms.
Experience with cashier, deposit, withdrawal, registration, KYC, login, account, or bonus flows.
Experience with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience with white-label platforms or multi-brand templates.
Experience with CRM, gamification, tournaments, missions, bonuses, or retention tools.
Understanding of localization, multi-currency, multi-language, and market-specific website requirements.
