Product Manager (NURR)

Remote

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for User onboarding, aha moment, early activity metrics, and user return in the second week.

You will:

  • Own New User Retention Rate as your north star metric — understand what drives it, what breaks it, and how to systematically grow it

  • Generate, prioritize, and validate hypotheses across the entire early user lifecycle: from first session through the end of week two

  • Build and manage the backlog of NURR initiatives, balancing short-term experiments with long-term structural improvements

  • Design and optimize user activation flows, habit-forming mechanics, and re-engagement touchpoints in collaboration with designers, analysts, and engineers

  • Run rigorous A/B tests and cohort analyses to separate signal from noise, and translate findings into scalable product decisions

  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, CRM, and Monetization teams to align early-lifecycle strategies and avoid conflicting user experiences

  • Use behavioral data to identify at-risk user segments and build targeted retention interventions

You have:

  • Proven experience in consumer mobile products with a strong focus on onboarding, activation, or early retention

  • Deep understanding of retention mechanics: habit loops, aha-moment optimization, notification and re-engagement strategies

  • Strong experimentation skills — from hypothesis formulation to A/B test design, analysis, and rollout

  • Ability to work fluently with data: cohort analysis, funnel analysis, behavioral segmentation

  • Experience managing a cross-functional product team (developers, designers, analysts)

  • Solid English proficiency for working in an international environment

We offer:

  • Work in a fast-growing EdTech app, in a friendly and transparent work culture, with no bureaucracy or complex hierarchy.

  • Income in USD, remote work.

  • 28 calendar days of vacation, 100% coverage of 30 sick leave days per year after completing a probation period.

  • Product culture, a modern technology stack.

  • Corporate English classes.

  • You will make a direct impact and see the results of your work.
