Product Manager [KYC]

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the KYC domain at Plata.

KYC at Plata is more than a regulatory requirement — it is how we build trust, prevent fraud, and enable fast, secure access to financial products. You will own the end-to-end identity verification and onboarding experience across all customer entry points, balancing regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and seamless user experience.

Working closely with product, risk, compliance, and engineering teams, you will shape and scale the identity infrastructure that supports multiple products and a rapidly growing customer base.

Challenges that await you:

• End-to-end KYC product strategy

  • Identity verification flows across all channels (app, web, assisted onboarding)

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management in fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure

• Strong product ownership mindset

• Experience working with KYC, fraud, identity, or risk products

• Ability to translate regulatory and risk requirements into product decisions

• Comfort working with technical systems and integrations

• Data-driven decision making

• Ability to operate in fast-moving fintech environment

• Fluent in English
