Product Manager (Growth)

We are confidently growing every by X2 per year and successfully mastering it in different formats (as of the last - VR), implementing solutions based on ML algorithms, and developing experimental directions.

Responsibilities

• Set up the product roadmap with a focus on enhancing conversion and revenue across all channels and platforms throughout various customer lifecycle stages.

• Develop modular, scalable, and effective conversion flows ecosystem, including research, business cases creation, design, and testing on a global scale.

• Adopt different perspectives on potential customer segments, leveraging personalization and localization strategies to improve acquisition and revenue.

• Operate with an agile, iterative mindset and use rapid experimentation to prototype, test and optimize our product offering effectiveness across different cohorts.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, operations, and legal to bring products to market and increase adoption.

• Become an expert in the product growth ecosystem, including channels, internal workflows, and data foundations.

Requirements

• 3 years of product management experience with a track record of deliverables within growth, acquisition, and activation fields in consumer-facing products.

• Mandatory data usage practices to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives, taking care of both ‘what’ and ‘why'.

• Thoughtful context shifting to utilise a balanced blend of technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy.

• Constant curiosity to discover new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and lead through challenges and opportunities.

• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team with special emphasis on building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
