Product Manager (Fintech / Crypto)

OmyPayments is growing fast — and we’re inviting an experienced Product Manager to join our core team and shape the future of Web3 payments with us.

You’ll take on a key managerial position with direct influence on product strategy, growth, and execution — working hand-in-hand with the company founders.

You will:

• Lead the product development process from strategy to release

• Collect and analyze client feedback, build and prioritize the roadmap

• Manage a cross-functional team (PM, Tech Lead, Sales, Media)

• Set up and optimize product and operational workflows (Jira, Miro, Notion)

• Build partnerships with PSPs, liquidity providers, and distribution platforms

• Handle communications with accelerators and grant programs from blockchain and payment ecosystems

• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in fintech and Web3

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, payments, or crypto (3 years+).

• Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics, payment flows, and compliance context.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (communication with international partners).

• Structured, data-driven mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.

• Ability to make bold, informed product decisions and defend them with reasoning.

• Autonomous and proactive — from concept to delivery.

• A strong professional network in the fintech or crypto space is a significant advantage.

Core Skills and Requirements:

• End-to-end product ownership (from discovery → delivery)

• Solid understanding of product metrics (AARRR, retention, activation, LTV, etc.)

• Proficiency with tools: Notion, Miro, Jira, Figma, Google Analytics

• Ability to focus on key priorities and deliver measurable impact

• Experience writing product requirements and managing backlog

• Understanding of user journey, UX, and technical constraints of payment architecture
