Product Manager (Fintech)

UAE, Abu Dhabi, relocation.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our core digital platforms — business-critical products that drive the company’s key revenue line and shape the investment experience for our high-net-worth clients. This is a high-impact, strategic role with full ownership of the product direction and a clear path to CPO, focused on aligning product strategy with business growth and exceptional client experience.

What will you do:

• Support Executive Strategy Development: Partner with senior leadership and the CEO to shape the company’s point of view on emerging fintech verticals, and help translate those insights into actionable strategic directions for IT teams.

• Drive Product Backlog and Roadmap: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Be the Voice of the Market: Act as a critical link between the market and the company — gathering insights, tracking trends, and feeding intelligence into strategic planning and product decisions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, design, compliance, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Own the Full Product Lifecycle: Manage products end to end — from ideation, validation, and development to go-live and continuous improvement. Balance user satisfaction, performance, and commercial outcomes.

• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards and manage potential risks associated with product development and deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Russian (B2 level or higher in both)

• Strategic and analytical mindset — you can connect the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and make data-informed decisions

• Comfort with ambiguity — you're energized by fast-changing environments and able to create clarity where none exists

• Self-starter with demonstrated track record in successfully leading large scale programs which have organization wide impact, through collaborative efforts with other constituents who may have different backgrounds, risk understanding, skill sets and priorities.

• Proven leadership in product delivery with 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or high-growth tech environments
