Product Manager - Crypto Wallet & Card Products

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will also take on project management responsibilities and lead the development of a global crypto wallet and card products used by customers in 20+ countries across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa.

This role requires strong ownership of the product lifecycle — from defining product strategy and requirements to coordinating development and launching new features.

Team: Distributed across Europe and the UAE

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap across wallet, payments, crypto cards, and on/off-ramp solutions.
• Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and external partners/integrations.
• Lead the launch of new product features and improvements.
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to improve customer journeys and product performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives and maintain alignment across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner.
• Solid understanding of payments and card products (Visa / Mastercard ecosystem).
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain fundamentals.
• Experience working with APIs and integration standards (REST APIs, webhooks).
• Previous experience working on fintech or crypto products.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Fluent Russian language skills (required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching crypto wallet or crypto card products.
• Understanding of KYC / AML processes and fintech infrastructure.
• Experience working with global payment providers or crypto exchanges.
