Product Manager (CFD Trading)

About your Role

In this role, you will join the Product Department, an autonomous and metrics-driven group dedicated to expanding Weltrade’s global trading ecosystem. As the owner of our CFD Trading & Synthetic Indices domain, your primary mission will be to grow trader engagement, trading activity, and revenue across one of the company’s most strategically important product areas. Your biggest challenge will be balancing trader needs, commercial objectives, platform capabilities, regulatory requirements, and risk management considerations while continuously evolving our trading offer in highly competitive markets. Your work will directly influence the growth of active traders, trading volumes, retention, and Expected Revenue, contributing to Weltrade’s mission of delivering accessible, secure, and differentiated trading experiences to clients worldwide. We are seeking a self-sufficient product leader who combines deep trading domain expertise with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-evolving industry.

You Have

• 3+ years of product management experience within a Forex, CFD, or online trading environment, with proven ownership of product, revenue, conversion, or growth metrics.

• Deep understanding of brokerage operations, including spreads, swaps, leverage, margin requirements, trading economics, risk management concepts, and trader lifecycle behavior.

• Advanced knowledge of trading platforms and infrastructure, including MT4/MT5 ecosystems, trading instrument configuration, platform integrations, and trading-related APIs.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with product metrics, BI tools, SQL-based analysis, metric frameworks, and data-driven prioritization.

• Demonstrated ability to independently drive product discovery, roadmap execution, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes across cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.

Good to Have

• Experience working with synthetic indices, proprietary trading products, or trading environments.

• Experience launching products or trading initiatives across Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asian markets.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for product discovery, specification development, competitive research, and analytical workflows.
