Product Manager
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Growth & Billing cluster — the team that helps firms easily purchase, activate, and manage their subscriptions.
You’ll take ownership of one or two key areas of our platform, driving improvements that enhance user experience and directly impact our monetization and ARR growth.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy across plans, seats, and add-ons.
Own and improve the end-to-end billing experience for clarity, accuracy, and global compliance.
Evolve billing infrastructure (proration, renewals, invoicing, tax, multi-currency, upsell mechanisms, discounts).
Drive conversion from trial → paid → expansion with seamless, transparent flows.
Build product capabilities that empower Sales and enable smooth transitions between PLG and SLG motions.
Partner with Finance/RevOps to align monetization decisions with revenue goals and unit economics.
Analyze monetization data and uncover revenue opportunities
Our expectations:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, with deep expertise in monetization, pricing, or billing, preferably in B2B vertical SaaS companies
Experience working with subscription-based or usage-based products
Experience running end-to-end discovery, validating hypotheses, and using insights to inform monetization and billing decisions
Excellent knowledge of product analytics and business process optimization
Strong knowledge of business analysis practices and methodologies (requirement gathering and solution evaluation )
Solid understanding of UX principles
Ability to identify and deeply understand customer (business) needs
Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders across Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Sales
English level: C1 (required for communication with English-speaking clients)
Will be a plus if you:
Have commercial experience working as a Growth Product Manager
Experience working with payment providers (e.g., Stripe API)
Know the features of the modern web
