We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow casual mobile games. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, define product direction, validate game concepts, and use data-driven insights to build engaging gameplay and scalable monetization systems.

Responsibilities:
- Own the development of new casual mobile F2P products from initial idea to soft launch and beyond, with a strong focus on early-stage creation
- Drive the 0→1 phase of product development: shaping game concepts, defining core gameplay experiences, and turning ideas into validated directions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (game design, analytics, art, engineering) to bring new game concepts to life
- Design and validate new features, mechanics, and game concepts through rapid testing, experimentation, and iteration
- Own and analyze product performance during development and after launch, using data to inform decisions and improvements
- Guide the product through soft launch and iteration, using data and player behavior to refine and scale successful ideas
- Stay close to market trends and player expectations to identify opportunities and inform new product directions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in casual mobile F2P games
- Strong product thinking with the ability to define features, prioritize roadmap, and make data-informed decisions
- Proven experience working on casual game launches (from concept and prototyping to soft launch and/or global release)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, analytics, design, engineering)
- Strong knowledge of mobile game mechanics, player engagement, and retention strategies
- Familiarity with different monetization models (IAP, ads and hybrid models)
- Strong expertise in user analysis, A/B testing, and behavior-based targeting
- Data-driven mindset, skilled at tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights from results
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach, supported by up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activities
- Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively in professional contexts
