Product Manager

PLAYFINA is looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join our team. If you have a strong iGaming background, understand casino products, love working with data, and are ready to take ownership of product initiatives, this is your chance to directly impact a fast-growing iGaming product

Work format: Remote from Anywhere or Onsite/Hybrid in Cyprus

What you’ll be working on:

• Driving product development and contributing to the execution of the product strategy and roadmap;

• Analyzing key metrics, user behavior, and the performance of launched mechanics;

• Identifying growth opportunities and proposing solutions to improve the user experience and product performance;

• Preparing technical specifications and coordinating the work of development, design, content, marketing, and analytics teams;

• Supporting the launch and testing of new features, games, integrations, bonus mechanics, and promotional tools;

• Working with game providers and coordinating new and exclusive releases;

• Ensuring the product works correctly and participating in the resolution of product incidents;

• Analyzing competitors and monitoring trends in the iGaming industry.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the iGaming industry as a Product Manager;

• Strong understanding of casino products, game providers, popular games, and market trends;

• Knowledge of bonus mechanics, including free spins, cashback, tournaments, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns;

• Understanding of key metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, ARPU, and LTV;

• Experience launching new features, gaming products, bonus mechanics, and promotional activities;

• Understanding of A/B testing, product analytics, and hypothesis validation;

• Experience working with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms;

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar systems;

• Experience collaborating with game providers or aggregators;

• Ability to prepare technical specifications and coordinate the work of multiple teams;

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
