Product Manager

About our Crew

Click&Boat is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space. We are a talented team of techies, creatives, marketers, closers and customer advocates who spend each day pushing the boundaries of technology to make buying, selling & renting boats easy. We spend each day surrounded by 500,000 boats from across the globe!

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.

To support this growth, we're hiring a Product Manager, Monetization & Compliance to join our Product team in Barcelona.

The role

We're looking for a Product Manager with a strong business mindset to own our monetization and compliance roadmap. You will identify and ship the right opportunities to grow our revenue and contribution margin, while keeping the product compliant on tax and invoicing.

You'll own the strategy and the priorities, while delivery is run by your squad and its Engineering Manager. You'll work closely with finance, data, legal and operations, with regular exposure to our leadership team, and play a central role in meeting our revenue and margin targets.

The Product team at Click&Boat

4 Product Managers, 1 Head of Product, 1 VP product organized into squads, each dedicated to a specific functional scope. Together, they deliver a first-class experience to our users: boat owners, renters, and Click&Boat's internal teams.

What floats your boat

• Build a point of view: you develop strong convictions on where we can grow revenue, and where Click&Boat should place its bets (pricing, fees, payments, upsells, checkout).
• Vision & Roadmap: you align the leadership team around a clear product vision, then turn it into a 3 to 6 month roadmap and concrete priorities that help your squad deliver maximum value against our OKRs.
• Compliance by design: you make sure tax, invoicing and regulatory requirements are built into the product, partnering with finance and legal to turn constraints into clean, scalable solutions.
• Data-driven decisions: you analyze quantitative and qualitative data to size opportunities, measure revenue impact and learn from every release.
• Decision making: you're comfortable deciding with 40 to 70% of the information, using data to guide you without waiting for perfect certainty.
• Fail fast, learn fast: you promote rapid iterations, A/B tests and continuous improvement, always with a "user first" approach.

What you bring aboard

• Significant experience as a Product Manager, regardless of the scope.
• You are both strategic and hands-on: able to define a monetization strategy and a long-term roadmap, while still going deep into a checkout experiment or a revenue metric when needed.
• A strong business and data mindset, with decisions grounded in solid analysis.
• Structure and excellent prioritization: you manage your time and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication: you justify your decisions with clarity and confidence, from squads to top management.
• You embrace feedback and see it as an opportunity to grow.
• Fluent or bilingual in English.

Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

• Experience in a marketplace, tech or B2C company.
• Experience in pricing, payments, or regulated features (tax, invoicing), with a measurable revenue impact.
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish.

The hiring journey

HR call with Talent Acquisition, Interview with the Product team, Management interview with a case study to assess your skills and alignment with our values: leadership, strategic thinking, learn & grow. Final Interview with Nicolas, our CTPO. We aim to keep things smooth, transparent, and respectful of your time throughout the process.

What awaits you on board

• A high-impact scope, directly tied to Click&Boat's revenue and margin, with direct exposure to top management;
• Personal and professional development in a fast-growing, multicultural team;
• 8 additional days off;
• Lunch vouchers (Cobee);
• Gym partnerships (Wellhub);
• PNB Boat licence offered and exclusive discounts on your next boat trips;
• Breakfast every Tuesday morning;
• A welcoming office in Barcelona, next to the centrally located Cathedral and just a 20-minute walk from the sea;
• Team-building activities;
• Hybrid role based in Barcelona (3 days per week at the office), with 3 days per month spent in Paris, around 6 to 9 trips per year.
