Lead Product Manager

A-Players is looking for an experienced Lead/Senior Product Manager to join our team and take full ownership of a new AI-powered product from day one.

You will be the first dedicated Product Manager on the project - which means you come in at the ground floor, shape the product vision, and build the roadmap from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the product vision and translate it
• Build and optimize the user flow and activation experience
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align product features with what's working in paid acquisition
• Analyze user behavior and dialogue semantics to identify patterns, segment cohorts, and drive retention
• Design and implement in-product monetization mechanics
• Expand the product feature set and evaluate new features based on marketing and user signals.

The key metrics you will influence are:

• Activation rate
• Retention rate
• User engagement
• LTV
• ARPU
• Customer satisfaction.

What we look for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Hands-on experience with AI products
• Strong AI mindset - you use AI tools actively and know how to apply them in product work
• Experience with web products and web funnels at early stages
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate product decisions in the context of business goals
• English B2+.
