Product Manager [Acquisition]

MexicoRelocationHybridSenior

We are looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of scaling and optimizing our mass hiring operations in Mexico as a product.
In this role, you will focus on developing and improving the end-to-end hiring funnel — from candidate acquisition to onboarding — as a high-volume, data-driven system. The goal is to continuously increase efficiency, conversion, and scalability of hiring processes in a fast-growing environment.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations, with a direct impact on business growth and hiring capacity.

Challenges that await you:

  • Scaling and optimizing the end-to-end mass hiring funnel in Mexico

  • Managing high volumes of candidate acquisition traffic and improving funnel performance

  • Analyzing candidate journey (CJM) and recruiter journey (EJM) to identify drop-off points

  • Managing and optimizing acquisition channels (conversion rates, cost, efficiency)

  • Working with large-scale funnels: traffic distribution, channel performance, and ROI

  • Formulating and validating hypotheses, designing and running A/B tests and experiments to improve key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rate, cost per hire)

  • Building and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics systems

  • Continuously improving hiring processes and recruiter–candidate interactions

  • Adapting processes to rapidly changing volumes and business needs

  • Working closely with execution hiring, HR automation, HR analytics, product teams, and business stakeholders to implement improvements and drive results

What makes you a great fit:

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role with a focus on funnels and performance optimization

  • Strong background in acquisition with a clear understanding of traffic, channels, and conversion mechanics

  • Experience working with high-volume funnels and scalable systems

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis validation

  • Experience optimizing conversion, cost, and efficiency metrics

  • Willingness to be hands-on and close to operations, not just strategy

  • Strong process thinking and ability to identify bottlenecks and improve flows

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

  • Experience in mass hiring / acquisition (e.g. couriers, drivers, operational staff)

  • Experience managing paid acquisition or multi-channel funnels

Our ways of working:

  • Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions

  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication

  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community

  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together

  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

  • Relocation support to Mexico with assistance for the employee and their family

  • Flexible work from our office

  • Healthcare Coverage

  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications

  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements

  • Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
