Our flagship project is newmindstart.com — a global marketplace for educational programs (health, personal growth, lifestyle) targeting audiences in the US, UK, Europe, and other Tier-1 countries.
The holding includes multiple business units and is currently in an active growth phase, launching new products.

About the Product

Human Assistant in Telegram.
We are building a personal AI assistant that helps users organize both their work and daily life.

First version (Telegram-based):

• Helps maintain focus on tasks

• Sends reminders

• Brings users back to unfinished tasks

• Performs basic research via OpenAI API

• Assists with writing (emails, tasks, job descriptions, etc.)

• Supports a daily productivity workflow

Next stages:

• Browser integration

• Gmail integration

• Calendar integration

• Evolution into a full-scale AI assistant

Long-term vision:
A standalone mobile application.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Lead / AI Builder who will take full ownership of launching this product from scratch and bringing it to real results.

This is neither a pure developer role nor a task manager position.
We are looking for someone who:

• builds the product

• brings it to a working state

• then owns growth and product economics

Responsibilities

• Launch the MVP (Telegram assistant)

• Design architecture and build using Vibe Coding tools

• Implement key user flows

• Ensure product stability

• Involve and manage 1–2 developers if needed

• Analyze user behavior

• Improve product metrics

• Collaborate with the marketing team

• Own product economics (unit economics, P&L)

First 2–3 Months Goals

• Build a functional Telegram product

• Implement daily user workflow (focus, tasks, reminders)

• Set up user data storage and processing

• Integrate AI capabilities (structuring, writing, research)

• Ensure system stability

• Acquire first users

• Identify and remove key bottlenecks

• Prepare the product for scaling

Requirements

Experience:

• Launching MVPs or products from scratch

• Experience with AI tools (Vibe Coding: Codex, GPT, Cursor, etc.)

• Background in IT / digital products

• Understanding of backend architecture

Skills:

• Ability to quickly build working systems

• Making architectural decisions

• Hypothesis-driven development and iteration

• Data-driven management

• Understanding of product economics

Personal Traits:

• High level of ownership

• Strong results orientation

• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty

• Clear and fast thinking

• Willingness to act as a product owner
