We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work from our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin or Prague with a hybrid work schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build convenient interfaces for the Nebius console

• Be the accountable designer for your console services and features

• Do the research to build the best solutions

• Work with user scenarios around business needs, technical restrictions and common sense

• Present the solutions for the developers, product managers and other stakeholders

• Manage tasks from brainstorming hypotheses to reviewing the implementation

• Work and develop our design system

We expect you to have:

• Ability to see products as a chain of scenarios rather than a set of static states

• Ability to balance overuse and innovation

• Familiarity with the design process: receiving the specs and hypotheses, verifying them, coming up with the design and prototype, building the visuals and collaborating with clients and developers

• Attention to detail and systematic organization of layouts in Figma

• Work together with other designers to create the best solutions for our product

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong ability to build adaptive interfaces

• At least 5 years of work experience as a product designer

• Strong ability to communicate with clients and developers in English

• Ability to work with complex prototypes in Figma

• Experience with UX testing methods

• Experience creating layouts for consoles or other high-load web applications

• Ability to speak with developers using HTML, CSS and JS terminology
