Product Designer (Intranet Team)

The team develops key services for the company's employees and HR products.
The product helps to collect up-to-date information about the company's employees, organizational structure, and processes.

Responsibilities

The senior designer will have to:

• develop a complex set of internal products; simplify user expirience;

• help the product manager shape the overall product development strategy.

Key qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in product teams, and at least 1 year in senior positions.

• Experience working on interfaces with high data density and complex scenarios with a large number of roles.

• Independence and proactivity.

• The skill of conducting interviews with stakeholders and users.

• The ability to see the whole problem, to see how the solution may affect other parts of the product.

• The focus is on solving the user's problems, rather than on formally closed tasks.

• Improved UI and understanding of how it affects the perception of the product.

• The ability to communicate with developers in the same language.

• Attention to detail and the ability to find multiple solutions and choose the optimal one.
