Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Krisp, you will create innovative and intuitive AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, including Fortune 100 companies. Your work will focus on products like AI Noise Cancellation, AI Voice Translation, Accent Conversion, and agent assist, delivering seamless experiences that meet the needs of large organizations.

What you'll do

• Lead design efforts across the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders

• Design scalable solutions that address the unique workflows and challenges of enterprise clients

• Translate advanced AI technologies into user-friendly tools, including features like AI Voice Translation and real-time noise cancellation

• Conduct user research to understand enterprise users’ pain points and needs, turning insights into actionable design improvements

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs, iterating based on user feedback to ensure practicality and ease of use

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are successfully implemented, balancing technical feasibility with user satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience designing enterprise-level products, particularly in AI, SaaS, or communication tools

• A history of successfully shipping products that solve real business challenges at scale

• Clear understanding of both Enterprise user and buyer personas, decision factors and usage patterns

• Excitement for working with cutting-edge AI technologies and the ability to simplify complex functionality into intuitive designs

• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• A user-focused approach to problem-solving, with an emphasis on research-driven and iterative design

• Adaptability and the ability to balance immediate deliverables with long-term product strategy.
