As a Product Designer, you will design and improve user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will translate product requirements into clear, high-quality interfaces, ensuring usability, consistency, and clarity of complex information. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support product delivery, contribute to research activities, and help improve design solutions based on user feedback and basic product data.

Design interfaces that reduce cognitive load, clearly communicate important information, and help users complete key tasks efficiently.
Plan and conduct basic usability tests and user interviews with guidance, summarize findings, and apply insights to improve design solutions.
Use basic product metrics, user feedback, and research findings to identify usability issues and suggest improvements to existing flows and interfaces.
Collaborate with Product Managers / Product Owners, analysts, developers, researchers, and other designers to clarify requirements and ensure feasible, user-friendly solutions.
Maintain design system consistency across platforms and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement when needed.
Prepare clear Figma specifications, states, and edge cases for developer handoff.
Support implementation and QA, review implemented features, and ensure design accuracy in critical user flows.
Higher education, with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, contributing to web and mobile products, preferably in banking, finance, or other data-rich domains.
Knowledge of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, including complex or data-rich interfaces.
Experience working with cross-functional product teams, including Product Managers, analysts, and developers.
Experience conducting basic usability testing and applying insights to design improvements.
Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant work on real, shipped products.
Fluent English.
