Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead the visual direction of Chainstack across product, marketing, and brand. You’ll take ownership of the design system, product UI, marketing website, and campaign assets—partnering closely with product, engineering, and marketing to bring ideas from concept to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design: user research, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UIs for product and marketing 

• Deliver product UX for complex control panels and dashboards; define interaction rules, states and error patterns 

• Drive brand and marketing design: brand system, website, landing pages, campaign assets, presentation and event materials — ensure consistent application across channels 

• Own and evolve the Design System: tokens, components, responsive patterns, Figma libraries, documentation and versioning  

• Ensure quality of implementation: work with engineering to QA visual/interaction fidelity and resolve tradeoffs 

• Measure and iterate: define design success metrics (activation, task time, conversion, error rates), run experiments
  and iterate based on analytics 
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing web UI/UX for SaaS or customer-facing platforms, with proven ownership of product and marketing work  

• Strong product UX skills for control panels / dashboards — information architecture, micro-interactions, error states and performance considerations 

• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining a design system and component libraries used by engineers 

• Experience creating brand and marketing assets: site design, landing pages, illustrations, motion and GTM collateral 

• Expert in Figma: libraries, variants, tokens, prototyping and collaborative workflows; rigorous file and component organization 

• Frontend literacy and experience preparing production-ready assets and CSS/token handoffs 

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Metabase or similar) and data-driven design  

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, technical environment; strong cross-functional communication and ability to prioritize tradeoffs 

• Excellent written and verbal English
