Product Designer

We build high-converting lead generation funnels for the lending market in the US. And looking for a Product Designer who sees design not just as creating interfaces, but as a way to shape product strategy, drive business growth, and deliver meaningful user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and drafting prototypes, graphic elements, layouts

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts, backing up design choices with insights and data

• Test and improve designs through rapid prototyping, iteration, and experimentation

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts, backing up design choices with insights and data

• Contribute to and evolve our design system — principles, components, and patterns

• Analysis of competitor products and UI/UX trends

Experience:

• Ability to think beyond the screen - understanding the bigger product picture and its value to users

• Good understanding of usability and UX design principles

• Experience with web applications

• Proficiency in Figma

• Understanding of basic layout principles

• Basic understanding of analytics and statistics

• Understanding the importance of business goals and using design as a tool to achieve them

• Strong communication skills: you can clearly explain your ideas, actively listen, and build alignment with the team

• Skills in facilitating design workshops and team sessions

Will be a plus:

• Experience with CJM

• Experience of designing mobile (Android, iOS)

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
