Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us shape the next generation of global financial tools for migrants, digital nomads, and borderless workers. You’ll work across mobile, web, and Telegram platforms — owning features from idea to release, and partnering with product, engineering, and design leadership to craft simple, meaningful financial experiences. This is a high-impact role where design decisions directly shape how people move and manage money around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end user flows and interfaces across mobile, web, and Telegram experiences

• Turn product requirements into thoughtful, easy-to-use design solutions

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the design lead

• Advocate for user needs through research, testing, and insight synthesis

• Contribute to and evolve our design system and token-based theming

• Participate in regular design reviews and iterate based on feedback

• Partner with marketing or ops teams when product design overlaps occur

• Proactively identify UX issues and suggest scalable improvements

• Stay up to date with UX best practices, AI, fintech trends, and design tools

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in product design (B2C or fintech preferred)

• Strong UX and UI skills, with attention to micro-interactions and states

• Proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, variables/tokens)

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams

• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively

• Self-directed with strong sense of ownership and accountability

• English proficiency B2+
