Product Designer

Hi, I'm Alina, Product Designer at Adapty. I’m looking for the second product designer to join our team. Someone who loves complex systems, thinks in terms of user value and data, and can turn a powerful analytical toolbox into elegant, intuitive experiences. What you will do

• Work side by side with product managers, shaping discovery and judging success by real user behavior and data

• Turn messy input like feedback, business goals, and technical limits into clear product decisions

• Collaborate deeply with engineers to make sure ideas survive contact with implementation and ship with quality

• Evolve subscription analytics, dashboards, and visual tools so complex data becomes usable, not just visible

• Design and refine flow builders and shared patterns, strengthening the product through a consistent design system

• Think in systems, not screens, analyze competitors, connect dots across the product, and ensure every solution earns its place

About you

• You have 3+ years designing desktop and web products, especially data-heavy interfaces and complex flows

• Your portfolio shows dashboards, analytical tools, and visual design that actually works for users

• You’ve built or evolved design systems that keep products consistent and scalable

• You think in UX first, balancing user needs, business goals, and system constraints

• You test your ideas, validate hypotheses, and know how to fit new solutions into existing products

• You communicate clearly, defend your designs confidently, and are highly skilled in Figma, from components to prototyping

• Experience working on B2B SaaS products and/or mobile apps
