Product Designer

Relocation, UAE, Abu Dhabi.

Now we are looking for a Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our mobile app, while also supporting broader design projects across the company.

Your main focus will be on the app — you’ll be responsible for its visual design, user experience, and performance metrics. You’ll also contribute to marketing materials, product presentations, and brand visuals.

You will act as the main design contact for the development team, helping to drive projects forward and streamline design processes. Your work will be essential in keeping our visual communication consistent, clear, and effective across all platforms.

What Will You Do

• Lead and participate in meetings with mobile app and website development teams to ensure seamless design implementation

• Create and adapt user interfaces for both mobile applications and websites using Figma and Webflow (or similar tools)

• Work with marketing and product teams to design impactful presentations aligned with our brand

• Conduct UX research and optimize client journeys across digital touchpoints

• Establish, document, and oversee workflows in the design department to streamline execution and reduce bottlenecks

We Expect That You

• Proficient in Russian and fluent in English

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Figma in a graphic-related field with expertise in multiple tasks: interfaces, presentations, emails

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Solid knowledge of HTML and practical experience in interface coding

• At least 1 year of working experience with Webflow or similar visual web builders

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative

• Proven ability to handle frequent iterations and feedback constructively

• Are familiar with information style and can apply it when working with texts

• Have experience in the financial sector (banks, investments, consulting)
