Product Analytics Lead (Delivery)
We are launching our delivery operations in Colombia and are looking for a Product Analytics Senior/Lead to become the first analytics hire in this domain and build the function.
This role goes far beyond traditional analytics: you will shape how the delivery business works end-to-end – from defining KPIs and building reporting to designing delivery mechanics, ambassador models, and optimisation strategies. You will have a direct impact on how the product operates in a new market, leveraging existing learnings from Mexico while adapting them to Colombia’s specifics.
What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end analytics for the Colombia Delivery product, driving decisions across operations, product, and strategy
Build the core operational analytics from scratch: define key metrics, set up tracking, and ensure reliable calculation and reporting
Design and launch operational reporting to provide full transparency over delivery performance, costs, and service levels
Develop and optimise delivery mechanics, including zoning, routing, and delivery flows
Define and implement the logic behind delivery zones and operational processes
Design and analyse ambassador funnel: hiring, onboarding, performance, and retention
Develop motivation systems for ambassadors and evaluate their effectiveness
Identify key specifics of the Colombian market in terms of delivery and workforce dynamics, and reflect them in product and operational decisions
Partner closely with business stakeholders, turning ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
Drive continuous improvements and optimisations across the delivery system
What makes you a great fit:
A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.)
Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking
Advanced SQL and Python
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks
Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments
English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community
Our ways of working:
Innovative Spirit: a team from the best technical universities
Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
Celebrating Achievements: recognising our wins together
High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who dare to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:
Relocation support to one of our hubs with full visa & permit support to the employee and family
Flexible work from one of our offices
Healthcare Coverage
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
Vacation policy: 20 working days of annual leave and paid sick leave
