Product Analyst (TPP Supply)
The Supply Integration team is responsible for the supplier connection service and technical management, providing the platform with up-to-date information on availability, bookings, and content from various suppliers.
We are looking for a Product Analyst with for Supply team with the following responsibilities :
Supplier portfolio analysis and development: segmentation, assessing contribution to key metrics (GMV, margin, conversion, assortment), identifying growth points and underperforming segments;
Supplier quality and cost effectiveness assessment: inventory quality analysis (prices, availability, cancellations, content), calculating unit economics and ROI for supplier connection and development;
Analytical support for commercial initiatives: evaluation and support of launches (discounts, special conditions, pricing initiatives, commercial offers), impact analysis and scaling recommendations;
Improvement of product and business algorithms related to suppliers: formulating and testing hypotheses, analyzing the impact of business logic changes on key metrics.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst;
Advanced SQL proficiency;
Strong knowledge of Python;
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase);
Experience using causal analysis and quasi-experimental methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, matching, instrumental variables) to estimate effects in the absence of A/B testing;
Ability to work with incomplete or distorted data and make informed assumptions to assess business impact
English proficiency at a B1 level or higher;
Developed critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems using data processing tools;
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
