Product Analyst (Conversion)
We are looking for a self-driven Product Analyst with a strong mathematical background who can dive deep into data, help optimize our product funnel, and identify opportunities for growth. This role is perfect for someone who combines analytical rigor with curiosity and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. This role is a senior position with minimum oversight and will require strong collaboration with product managers, Data Engineers, dev team, and c-level suite.
Our Technologies:
SQL (BigQuery, Starrocks).
DBT, Cloud Run, Airflow.
Python.
Metabase, Looker and Tableau for data visualization.
GitHub for code collaboration.
AI tools such as Cursor and LLMs in the day-to-day work.
Your Role:
Analyse product data to spot growth opportunities and optimize the funnel.
Define KPIs, set up tracking, alerting and monitor product performance.
Run split-tests (from hypothesis definition to results) and experiments to validate ideas and drive improvements.
Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and business teams.
Model data and define metrics so that working with and understanding the data is easy for all stakeholders.
Build dashboards and help implementing self-service tools for product exploration.
What We're Looking For:
Strong grasp of statistics and probability theory, including experience in conducting large-scale A/B tests.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and recommendations to stakeholders.
Mixpanel, Amplitude, Statsig, etc. for product analytics. Experience with onboarding and implementing the tools is a significant plus.
Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery), Python, Git/GitHub, and preferably data vis tools (Metabase and Tableau/Looker/PowerBI).
Knowledge of DBT, Docker, GCP, and Airflow.
Experience in the cryptocurrency industry, fintech sector, or platform-type businesses is preferred but not require.
Nice To Have:
JS (basic understanding for closer collaboration with frontend team).
Web and/or app Scraping.
Working with blockchain data (Dune, Flipside, or other tools for exploration).
Understanding of pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
